15.03.2018 Die neue Plattform "swissgames.ch" der Schweizer Kulturstiftung Pro Helvetia ist online. Sie soll die Schweizer Game-Szene im In- und Ausland unterstützen.

"SWISSGAMES is an initiative designed to promote the Swiss game cluster inland and abroad. Our core mission is to help Swiss developers gain visibility, build relationships with the international game industry and access global markets.

Under the SWISSGAMES umbrella label, we organize or support Swiss participations in more than 20 events per year. Our main SWISSGAMES delegations go to Gamescom, GDC, Nordic Game Conference as well as Game Connection America and Europe. We also organize smaller delegations to events like BIG Festival in Sao Paulo or Nasscom Game Developers Conference in Hyderabad. Upon request, we financially support Swiss individual or collective presence in other events. Moreover, we support Swiss events - such as festivals, conferences, game jams - which share our will to boost the Swiss games scene.

SWISSGAMES is initiated by the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia. Our main partners are the Swiss Game Developers Association, the Swiss Chapter of the International Game Developers Association, Swissnex San Francisco, Ludicious - Zurich Game Festival, Zurich University of the Arts, HEAD-Geneva, ECAL and ETH Zurich."
